1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the DraftBench platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). DraftBench Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") provides the Service subject to these Terms.

2. Description of Service DraftBench is an AI-powered contract drafting, review, and negotiation platform. The Service includes AI contract generation, intelligent redlining, clause library management, risk scoring, approval workflows, and related features.

3. User Accounts You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models; (d) share account credentials with unauthorized parties; (e) use the Service to generate contracts for illegal activities.

5. AI-Generated Content Contracts and suggestions generated by DraftBench are provided as drafts and recommendations. They do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before execution. DraftBench Inc. is not liable for errors in AI-generated documents.

6. Intellectual Property Your contracts and data remain your property. You grant DraftBench Inc. a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our AI models, algorithms, and platform code are the exclusive property of DraftBench Inc..

7. Payment Terms Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftBench Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
